Summer Favorites

While it may be fun to pick up new stuff, it can be hard on the amount of freespace in your house and or your bank account. So rather than just talk what I have picked up I am listing things that have caught my eye:

I AM OBSESSED with this soundtrack. I can listen to it 24/7 and have somehow manage to convince at least 2 people to buy the album because it is so goo. It is jam packed with history delivered in a rap/hiphop style. Even if you don't like the genre of music you will learn so much about our nation's history. I have spent countless hours on Wikipedia looking stuff up after listening to a song. Linn Manuel Miranda is a genius — I AM OBSESSED with this soundtrack. Succulents... Never really been a big fan until this year. Bought a couple of new yarns Druzy Rising, which looks to be the "hot" yarn to get if you can snag it at an update ( Sells out in less than a minute and even the most seasoned stash pros come up empty). I have had mores misses than hits in trying to pick these up. Hey Lady Hey is a new yarn that I thought I would give a try. The Plucky Knitter's "Spiffy" base. It looks to be cashmere fiber blown through a silk hollow core. Nest Fiber.. Pretty much anything.. She's kind of a color genius and her fiber prep is really nice and while I don't know her, she has outstanding customer service and is really committed to her product and is kind. — Nest Fiber.. Ummm.. I am not a fan of perfume but these are fairly amazing. It was so hard to decide so I took testers home. They were really generous with the samples.

I love seeing the purchases and the finds. Since I can’t get out as much right now it’s great to follow you finds.
